This boneless steak is rich, tender, juicy and full-flavored, with generous marbling throughout.
The Colonel has his recipe, and then there's mine. 4 pieces of super crispy, flavorful chicken. This does take 20 minutes to cook but then good things come to those who wait!

2 slices of my mom's meatloaf. This meatloaf is super tender and full of flavor. Topped with ketchup sauce and brown gravy.
Chicken Tenderloins breaded and deep-fried. Get them plain, bbq or spicy with buffalo sauce.
Chicken livers that have been soaked in buttermilk and breaded in seasoned flour, fried in Bacon grease and onions, topped with bacon bits and country gravy.
